Research Activities

Smart Microchips with Sensors and Integrated circuits such as Single crystal Si probes Array on Integrated circuit chips for Human sensing.

Development of epitaxial Al2O3 Insulator on Si wafers by CVD and MBE and New device applications such as Infrared and ultrasonic imaging devices.
